Arab bridge or tanneries

It was built in the Muslim period at the beginning of the 14th century, it has suffered the impact of the floods of the Guadalevín River, and on several occasions throughout its history it has had to be rebuilt.

Constructed of a single, slightly pointed arch, 12 meters high, made of flagstone.

It was the bridge that served as access to the main entrance of Ronda, from the south, precisely through the Puerta de la Puente.
